“It looks like you’re using old bookmarks…”

You may see this warning on the opening screen of your assessment – this usually occurs if you’ve followed an old link shared outside of the OTrack tracker.

In December 2019 we changed the format of our Assessment bookmarks and they will no longer recall which subjects were active at the time of saving the bookmark.

Can I get them back?

There are 2 options to recover the bookmark:

  1. Ignore the warning and click ‘Load Assessment’ – use the Table Options button to open the subjects selector and select the subjects you wish to save for this assessment – after doing this you can now save this bookmark to your account using the Bookmarks feature.

  2. Contact support and send us the current bookmark url – we’ll send you back a fixed version ready to save to your account 🙂
