Understanding Permissions

There are five different role types, these roles determine the permissions that the user has when using OTrack.

Owner – An owner has access to the entire system. Pupils, Groups, Assessments, Reports, Notes and School area. There can only be one owner.

Admin – An admin is very similar to the owner, but an admin can not add other admins to the system.

Teacher – A teacher has access to Pupils, Groups, Assessments, Reports and Notes. A teacher can’t edit Pupil details.

Read Only – A read only user has read only access to Pupils, Groups, Assessments, Reports and Notes.

Reports Only – This user type can only view reports.
