Your Users

Here you can see a list of all of staff that you have created on OTrack.

User Status

There are 3 icons that explain the status of the users account, these include:

  1. Active – the user has created a password and has access to OTrack
  2. Awaiting User Confirmation – the user has been sent an activation email and needs to click on the button in the email to activate their OTrack account
  3. Awaiting Activation Email – you have created the user account but not sent the activation email

User Actions

There are 3 buttons that allow you to:

  1. Reset a users passwords for existing users and/or send the initial activation email to new users.
  2. Edit users – this allows you to edit the users details, including: name, photo, contact details and permissions to features in OTrack.
  3. Delete a user – as you would expect, this button will delete the user from your OTrack account. You can use this if a teacher leaves your school and you want disable their access to OTrack. Please note: deleting a user will not delete the data they have recorded, just their access to OTrack.
